Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants announced today that it has officially signed an agreement to open in St. Charles, Illinois in Summer 2017. St. Charles will mark the 28th location for Cooper’s Hawk – the fast-expanding and privately owned restaurant chain. The first location opened in Orland Park, Illinois in 2005.
Opening in the Quad shopping center at the northwest corner of Smith Road and Main Street, St. Charles mayor says, “We are thrilled that Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants chose to locate here. It joins other noted restaurants in town for making St. Charles a serious restaurant destination. Cooper’s Hawk is a wonderful addition to the new Quad identity.”
Cooper’s Hawk has been honored as “Breakout Brand” and “Hot Concept” by Nation’s Restaurant News and was recently described in Crains as having the largest wine club in the country. Cooper’s Hawk Founder & CEO Tim McEnery says, “I am honored to be opening our 28th location in St. Charles, and am thrilled for the opportunity to extend the memorable Cooper’s Hawk wine and dining experience to the local residents.”
