The clash of historical space and modern coffee brewing methods is not eye cathing as a duo of people with special needs who are waiting stuff.  They are backed up by a supervisor who is in the charge of the payment.

The independent coffee shop belongs to British – Czech Marketa B. Linden W. who employs three people with special needs. ‘I have been a volunteer at UK charity looking after people with special needs and I daresay one man with Down syndrome was also excellent cook.  I was raised to do charity. It give them purpose, they have learned already domestic independence’, she said. She is coffee enthusiastic with Cordon Bleu school and a grandmother as a chefand she is seen in her documentary Historical Coffe Houses in Central Europe cutting l seven thin layers of Dobos torte with friend’s quitar string. They are plenty of coffee shops with people with learning difficulties in USA or Czechia, just one in UK – Milton Keynes. She plans to set up one in UK and add cultural programm to her recent coffee shop, and a bakery.
