THE COFFEE BEAN & TEA LEAF® APPOINTS AIDAN HAY AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF RETAIL OPERATIONS
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, Southern California’s homegrown specialty coffee and tea retailer for over 50 years, is pleased to announce the appointment of Aidan Hay to the position of Senior Vice President of Retail Operations. Known for its acquisition of strong leaders in the food and beverage industry, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® continues to keep up its distinguished hiring reputation with Aidan’s addition to the team.
Moving on from his most recent role as CEO & Director of Brotzeit®, the world’s leading German franchised restaurant casual dining concept, Aidan will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling all activities of company-owned domestic operations. In his past experience as Vice President of Global Operations for YUM BRANDS INC., Aidan demonstrated his ability to provide day-to-day leadership and management that will now be drawn upon to execute the mission and core values of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®. His overall presence and maturity gained throughout the years in the industry will inspire company team members and provide guests with a Total Quality Experience – quality of service, product and environment.
