“Iron Chef America” winner Cat Cora and hospitality expert Tobin Ellis will come together to deliver the keynote presentation “Powerhouse Pairing: The Dynamic Duo of an Iron Chef & Bar Magician” during the 2016 Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas.
Taking place at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8, world-renowned food expert, the first female Iron Chef, famed restaurateur and author Cat Cora, along with 25-year hospitality operator, consultant and bar designer Tobin Ellis, will educate attendees on the latest food and beverage trends, palate-pleasing pairing secrets and much more. Ellis will also ask Cora various questions about her passion, success and businesses.
