ACS Certified cheesemonger Tim Gaddis hosts artisan cheese makers from the across the nation
Star Provisions cheesemonger Tim Gaddis, recently honored as an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional™, will host some of the nation’s top cheese makers for a series of interactive demonstrations and tastings during the fifth annual Cheese Week at Star Provisions from Wednesday, October 9, through Saturday, October 12. The guest cheese makers include Many Fold Farm of Chattahoochee Hills, Ga., Beehive Cheese Company of Uintah, Utah, Cellars at Jasper Hill of Greensboro, Vt., Nature’s Harmony Farm of Elberton, Ga., Cypress Grove Chevre of Arcata, Calif., Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tenn., Looking Glass Creamery of Fairview, N.C., Sweet Grass Dairy of Thomasville, Ga., Goat Lady Dairy in Climax, N.C., and Yellow Branch Farmstead Cheese of Robbinsville, N.C., each of whom will share the history and flavors of their unique products and farms to Atlanta’s cheese connoisseurs and novices alike. Demonstrations will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day with the following confirmed participants to date:
