Hard Rock Cafe’s Fiesta Burger
Ingredients:
- 8oz Beef Burger
- 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 2 TBL Jalapeno Salsa
- 2 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 Hamburger Bun
- 1 TBL Fresh Guacamole
- 1 TBL Pico de Gallo
- 2 leaf Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 slice Tomato
Directions:
- Shake half of seasoning on burger and place season side down on broiler
- Shake remaining seasoning over burger
- Cook to desired temperature
- Spread jalapeno salsa over the patty
- Place cheese slices on patty
- Place iceberg lettuce on bottom bun
- Place tomato slice on top of lettuce
- Place guacamole on top of cheese
- Place pico of top of guacamole
- Place burger bun on top of finished burger
- 2 oz Avion Silver Tequila
- ¾ oz Cointreau Orange Liquer
- 3 oz HRC Margarita Mix
Directions:
- use 3 mini dessert glasses to create separate margaritas in each
- ½ oz Float Monin syrup: one flavor added to each dessert glass with a choice of , Mango, Cucumber, Blue Curacao, Pomegranate or Wildberry
- Garnish each glass with salt rim and a lime wedge
