At the helm is Janine Aquino, wine baron and fourth generation Wine Professional. Using her extensive knowledge, Janine has put together a wide-ranging selection that is sure to satisfy anyone from the wine connoisseur to the wine novice. The wine list includes over 80 local selections in addition to the plethora of labels from around the world.

JANINE AQUINO:
Janine Aquino, proprietor of Camelot Cellars, was raised in the Hudson Valley area of New York and is a fourth generation wine professional. Her family owned John Aquino Sons, Inc., an Italian wine importing company in Manhattan. She grew up on a vineyard, worked at several Hudson Valley wineries excelling in bringing local wines into local restaurants, studied food and wine pairings at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and did all her college work on wines, wine making and the workings of a boutique winery. She has made wine from grapes, raspberries and strawberries.
Janine is self taught on how to appraise wine collections and help people sell and add to their ongoing wine collections. She also provides many services to wineries, restaurants, cooking schools and individual collectors. She owns Camelot Cellars Winery, an urban boutique Winery located in the Short North District of Columbus, OH. She sits on the board of Edible Columbus magazine and several committees for the Columbus Food and Wine Affair. She is a member of Wedding Professionals of Columbus and National Association of Catering Executives.

·Wine Sales – The Wine Wall reflects the true art of winemaking. Here you can select from over 80 varieties of wine including selections from around the world available for purchase by the bottle and many as your own handcrafted wine experience.
· Wine Bar – Our locally crafted wood wine bar is a communal oasis where people come to sit, meet, and sample wines by the glass or bottle.
·Flights – Our wine flights provide an informal way for customers to sample 3 different types of wines. There is a wide variety of wines to choose from and flights are available anytime.
·Wine Tasting – Experience an informative wine tasting that includes 6 samples of our wines and your very own wine steward. Your steward will discuss wine, describe wines in detail and answer any questions you may have about wine.
· Handcraft Your Own Wine – Craft your own wine under the watchful eye of our skilled staff. After 6-12 weeks of processing, you will return to bottle, cork, cap and label your own wine. Your experience includes designing your own label and selecting your style of wine bottle.
·The Tuscan Table – The Tuscan Table is that perfect spot for your group to sit and soak in a view of the Short North while enjoying an informative wine tasting. This large locally handcrafted table seats you ‘family style’ where you can be close to your friends for casual conversation and fun while enjoying & learning about the wines of your choice.
·The Tuscan Private Room – Camelot Cellars’ Tuscan Room is available for private events, parties, receptions and meetings, including business gatherings, team building, anniversaries, reunions and bachelorette parties. This room reflects the Camelot Cellars ‘wine is art’ attitude by pairing the local artist displays with old world Tuscan accents. An open & adjoining room is specifically designed to accommodate those who prefer to bring their own food or have it catered in.
