An agreement has been signed to welcome Dennis Poon and Maggie Yau to the organization as majority shareholders. Dennis and Maggie bring 20 years experience in the design, manufacture and branding of cookware andkitchenware, having co-founded one of the industry’s largest manufacturers.
This new association will enhance Browne’s global strategic vision with improved capabilities in all corporate activities: Product Design, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Logistics, Sales and Marketing.
