The more robust management team bolsters Bricoleur’s infrastructure and scaling capacity, ultimately leading to further growth and an enhanced guest experience. Bricoleur’s Co-Founder and VP of Marketing Sarah Hanson Citron, a third-generation winemaker, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO); Christophe Richard to Vice President of Sales & Special Experiences; and Becca Robinson to Sous Chef. Key new roles include bringing on Chef Todd Knoll as Chef de Cuisine, Nessia Flugger as Vice President of DTC & Hospitality, Alexis Kandanes as Tasting Room Manager, and Frances Spangler, CPA as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
