Apple, Pecan & Blue Cheese Spread
Prep Time: 10 min. plus refrigerating
Makes: 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. each
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Breakstone’s Greek Style Sour Cream
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
- 1 apple, finely chopped
- ¼ cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
- ¼ cup chopped red onions
- ¼ cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Pecans
Make It:
- MIX reduced-fat cream cheese and Greek-style sour cream in medium bowl until blended.
- ADD remaining ingredients; mix well.
- REFRIGERATE 2 hours.
Lemon-Glazed Brussels Sprouts
Prep Time: 25 min.
Makes: 4 servings, 1-1/4 cups each
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Breakstone’s Greek Style Sour Cream
- 8 cups halved trimmed fresh Brussels sprouts
- ¼ cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 1 tsp. each lemon zest and juice
- ½ tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
Make It:
- COOK Brussels sprouts in boiling water 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- DRAIN Brussels sprouts.
- Add to dressing mixture; toss to coat.
