BOSTON’S FIRST FAST CASUAL HOMEMADE PASTA SHOP, BE PASTA BAR, DEBUTS IN BROOKLINE MARCH 2024

BE Pasta Bar, Boston’s first fast-casual homemade pasta shop, has announced its opening at 1026 Commonwealth Avenue, which is set to debut in March 2024. Owned by husband-wife team Billy and Eva Axiotis and inspired by European pasta shops, BE Pasta Bar will introduce an unmatched pasta experience to Brookline.

BE Pasta Bar will serve daily homemade pasta prepared with imported ingredients from Europe, such as high-quality, Mr. Papou’s organic olive oil produced from their family-owned vineyards in Korinthos, Greece; fresh tomato sauce and authentic pasta-making equipment from Italy which will create the shop’s homemade fresh noodles; and unique garnishes in the form of in-house and locally-sourced toppings.

Build-your-own pasta cups will start at $11 and offer rigatoni, macaroni, campanelle, fusilli and spaghetti pasta options with toppings such as homemade meatballs, local sausage, battered eggplant, and homemade sauces including pesto, alfredo, lemon garlic, and more. BE Pasta will also serve speciality-crafted sandwiches and fresh salads, which will all be available for catering orders.

At BE Pasta Bar, our mission is to provide fresh and high quality food on-the-go for food lovers,” says BE Pasta Bar co-owner, Billy Axiotis. “We are looking forward to bringing a new pasta experience to Brookline, and are committed to delivering high-quality meals in the fast-casual food industry.

BE Pasta Bar is founded by husband-wife restaurateur team Billy and Eva Axiotis, with ‘BE’ being the initials of their first names. Billy and Eva were born to Greek families who immigrated to the United States in the 70s and 80s and opened restaurants, which they both served various roles at.
