Boozy Brunch Cocktails And Punch By DISARONNO
ITALIAN RUM PUNCH
INGREDIENTS:
1 750mL bottle DISARONNO
1 750mL bottle BACARDI 8
BACARDI Select or SEVEN TIKI Rum
2 quarts pineapple juice
1 quart orange juice
5 lime slices
PREPARATION:
Place limes in a large bowl and press lightly.
Mix in all ingredients and serve over ice.
Makes 20 servings (each serving contains 1½ parts alcohol).
Italian Sangria
INGREDIENTS:
1oz DISARONNO
1 oz. Pineapple juice
2 oz. Pinot Grigio
.5 oz. Simple syrup
.5 oz. lemon juice
PREPARATION:
Add all ingredients into mixing glass.
Shake for 10 seconds.
Pour contents into wine glass.
Fill with ice.
Garnish with orange slices and grapes.
IL Bacio
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. DISARONNO
1 oz. Orange Juice
.5 oz. Peach puree
3 oz. Prosecco
PREPARATION:
Add all ingredients into flute glass.
Pour in Prosecco.
Stir with a bar spoon.
Garnish with lemon and orange peel.
Café Milano
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz. DISARONNO
1 oz. Tia Maria
1 oz. Espresso
.5 Oz Simple syrup
PREPARATION:
Add all ingredients into mixing glass.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with cinnamon and coffee beans.
