Local French Bistro Introduces New Bottomless Brunch & Happy Hour Offerings

Midtown’s go-to French dining destination, Bistro Cassis, welcomes summer with a new bottomless brunch offer and indulgent additions to its Happy Hour menu.

Known to locals for its timeless French favorites, the cozy café is the perfect setting for a relaxing Sunday brunch with friends and family. Just launched, diners can now enjoy unlimited classic cocktails as they relish in Bistro Cassis’ decadent Sunday spread every week from 10AM to 4PM. For $19 per person, the boundless glasses of beloved libations on offer include Mimosas, Bellinis, Bloody Marys as well as the restaurant’s signature Sanguine – a French style sangria with Pavan and fresh fruit.

Also new at the bistro, Monday through Friday diners can partake in Bistro Cassis’ daily Happy Hour from 4PM to 7PM. Specials include $4 draft beers, $5 wine by the glass and $6 signature cocktails which highlight French spirits in avant-garde concoctions like the Emerald Club – Ford’s gin, fresh mint, green tea syrup, club soda and lime oil and the French Martini – Stoli Vanil Vodka, pineapple juice and Chambord.

In addition, classic French bistro-inspired small plates are available during Happy Hour for $7 each. Enticing petite plats include Moules Vinaigrette – steamed mussels served chilled and topped with tangy garden dressing; Fricasée de Crevette – sautéed shrimp in roasted garlic, basil and parsley butter over toasted crostini; and Assiette de Blinis – a puff pastry assortment which includes smoked salmon and crème fraiche, apple compote and brie and gruyère cheese. At the bar, guests can enjoy some of the restaurant’s signature hors d’oeuvres like Escargots Persillé – baked snails in garlic herb butter ($11); Terrine de Foie Gras – duck liver terrine, toasted brioche, apple compote ($18); and Oyster du Jour ($2 each).

Bistro Cassis is located in Midtown Miami at 118 Buena Vista Boulevard. Lunch is served daily from 11:30AM to 4PM on Monday–Friday and from 11AM to 4PM on Saturday. Brunch is offered Sunday from 10AM to 4PM. Dinner is also served nightly from 4PM to 11PM on Monday–Thursday; until Midnight on Friday–Saturday and from 4PM to 9PM on Sunday.
