Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Bacardi pineapple fusion rum
½ oz. Canton ginger liqueur
1 oz. Dole pineapple juice
1 lime wedge
2 oz. MIO Sparkling Sake
Pineapple garnish
Method
Add first three ingredients to a mixing glass
Squeeze one lime wedge into mixing glass and discard
Add ice and shake
Pour into English highball glass
Top off with 2 oz. MIO Sparkling Sake
Garnish with a pineapple and enjoy!
