- 1 oz. Ketel One Vodka OR Beefeater Gin
- 2 oz. Dassai 50 “Otter Fest” Junmai Dai Ginjo Sake
- 3 slices fresh cucumber
- 1 lime wedge
Method
- Chill martini glass
- Add vodka or gin, sake and cucumber slices into a mixing glass
- Squeeze the juice of one lime wedge into the mixing glass and discard
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into chilled martini glass
- Garnish with fresh cucumber slice
