Industry trendsetter Clique Hospitality has unveiled the first look of its menu for Bel-Aire Lounge, coming this fall to the much-anticipated Durango Casino & Resort. Poised to become Southwest Las Vegas’ hottest new meetup spot, the chic cocktail lounge will present an unforgettable selection of progressive cocktails and refined small plates.

The meticulously crafted beverage program is underscored by handcrafted cocktails that are as artful as they are tantalizing, such as the Orange Sherbert, crafted with Belvedere vodka, Monin cantaloupe syrup, coconut water, turmeric powder, cinnamon orange herbal tea and garnished with papaya lemon zest foam, a dehydrated orange slice and a sprinkle of blue cornflowers; and Blue Blossom, made with gin, Monin violet syrup, fresh lemon juice, yuzu juice, rose water, angostura cocoa bitters, egg whites and garnished with a blue pansy and dehydrated cornflowers.
Bel-Aire Lounge’s food menu boasts an array of globally inspired small plates with modern flair. Highlights include the Hamachi Tostadas featuring fresh hamachi on a spread of chile cashew crema stacked with cherry tomatoes on a corn tortilla crisp; Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice, crafted with sushi-grade tuna on a square of fried sushi rice, seasoned with chile garlic and served with a roasted garlic ponzu sauce; and Spicy Flame-Grilled Kobe Sliders, featuring aged white cheddar cheese, Louis sauce, sweet pickle slices and balsamic onion, served with a side of crispy fries.
