More than IDR 5,000 million in UTZ premiums paid out to cocoa farmers Barry Callebaut announced that it has issued premium payments for UTZ certification to more than 7,000 farmers in Polman, Sulawesi (Indonesia). Barry Callebaut supports these farmers with training, sourcing and distribution of premiums for their production of UTZ certified sustainable cocoa beans.
