The newest episode of Chef’s Night Out from VICE’s food channel MUNCHIES which features Bardot Brasserie executive chef Josh Smith.
Josh and some of his chef friends took MUNCHIES to their favorite spots around Las Vegas. We started off pairing refreshing cocktails with unique seafood dishes like tender octopus carpaccio at the Japanese-inspired raw bar Other Mama. The night wouldn’t be complete without visiting a Las Vegas institution, so we grabbed some authentic regional thai cuisine from Lotus of Siam. After throwing back whiskey shots from dive bar Dino’s, the night ends back at Bardot Brasserie with a crazy feast of Parisian prime rib patty burgers.
