Atlantis Paradise Island appoints Anthony Hannan Senior Vice President Food & Beverage, Lenny Cumberbatch Vice President of Food & Beverage, and Samir Roonwal Executive Chef of Culinary Operations.

As Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage at Atlantis Paradise Island, Anthony Hannan brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Hannan has served as Director of Operations, Restaurants & Kitchens at Harrods London, Vice President Food & Beverage at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore, and helmed operations at internationally acclaimed hotels and resorts including Crown City Melbourne, City of Dreams Manila, Resorts World Singapore, Raffles Singapore, and Fairmont Dubai, Peace Hotel Shanghai and Capella Sanya.
Lenny Cumberbatch joins the resort as Vice President of Food & Beverage. Cumberbatch has held several leadership roles at Atlantis Paradise Island and throughout the Caribbean including SLS Baha Mar and The Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort. Cumberbatch returns to Atlantis in his new role as Vice President of Food & Beverage. He holds a postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Roehampton and is an Adjunct Professor at University of The Bahamas.
Samir Roonwal joins Atlantis Paradise Island as Executive Chef of Culinary Operations. His impressive career spans over 30 years in luxury resorts. Previously, he was the Director of Culinary at Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, and held senior positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Westin Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels.
