Is now open and serving travelers coming from near and far inside Chicago Midway International Airport’s newly-opened Concourse A Food Hall. The renowned Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded Japanese restaurant has attracted diners to its original West Town location since 2010. Known for world-class sushi, omakase menus and robata offerings, Arami is thrilled to welcome travelers to enjoy the award-winning Japanese cuisine coming to and from Chicago.
Those on-the-go can now get a taste of what the full-service restaurant has to offer with a menu representative of the flagship location. With prices subject to change, menu highlights include:
Owned by restaurateur Ty Fujimura of Fujimura Hospitality, Arami’s original location in West Town echoes Japan in design with an open plan, natural lighting and rustic décor. Similar elements are present at the Midway location with a full-service sushi bar, full service liquor bar and communal seating.
“Arami is a staple for Japanese cuisine in Chicago, so it only makes sense to give Midway jetsetters a taste of the experience,” says Ty Fujimura. “The airport location was designed as a scaled down version of the full-service restaurant, with the same thoughtful attention to food, beverage and ambiance.”
Now open in the Concourse A Food Hall at Midway, Arami is open daily from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. For more information about Arami and all new concessions at Midway Airport, visit www.aramichicago.com and www.midwaypartnership.com.
