Aidan Marus has been involved in the LA food and nightlife scene since he moved to LA 15 years ago. Having worked with many of the prominent promoters, nightclubs, and restaurants in what he calls Hollywood’s Golden Era, he quickly became one of the city’s leading operators and influencers of LA’s nightlife scene and an expert on the city’s F&B cultural trends. He has worked with the likes of h.wood, Brent Bolthouse, and currently, Morgan’s Hotel Group and sbe.
Marus held many roles in his career, expanding his knowledge and expertise, including Director of Beverage, Director of Operations, and his current role as Director of Nightlife at the iconic Mondrian Los Angeles in West Hollywood. Under his current role, his responsibilities encompass all facets of nightlife including overseeing operations of the legendary Skybar, marketing and social media, beverage program and menus, event production, brand collaborations, partnerships, and financial responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
