Family-owned European bakery leader Vandemoortele welcomes Anthony Castellano as Vice President of Sales in the North American market.
After graduating from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Hospitality Management and Food and Beverage Management, Castellano built his career as a hybrid business development manager with a wide network in foodservice, retail and convenience stores. Throughout the last 10 years, Castellano has served in various leadership roles within Mangia, Broaster, Krispy Krunchy Foods and, most recently, Regional Sales Manager at Colavita USA.
“Vandemoortele USA is continuously growing and has a bright future, and I’m honored to be a part of it,” Castellano said. “I look forward to using my experience to help reach new partners.”
As Vice President of Sales, Castellano will assist the Vandemoortele USA team in managing current partners and seeking additional opportunities for growth within the segment, specifically leveraging the company’s flagship brand, Banquet d’Or® and its proprietary freezer-to-oven Bake’Up® process.
