José Andrés Group Brings Bazaar Meat to The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

Bazaar Meat, a celebration of the carnivorous from the acclaimed José Andrés Group, will be moving to The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Bazaar Meat, currently located at SAHARA Las Vegas, opened in 2014 and following its successful decade-long run will relocate to the home of world-class dining at the legendary Venetian Resort.

“Every time I’m there [at Bazaar Meat] it feels like a celebration! One with the best meats, ingredients, amazing wines, and of course – amazing people like you!”  said José Andrés. “Bazaar Meat redefined the steakhouse when we first opened in Las Vegas. Now is the time to start an exciting new chapter with our partners at The Venetian,” shared Sam Bakhshandehpour, CEO of José Andrés Group.

At the new Bazaar Meat at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort, meat reigns supreme in a dining experience where inventive flavors and masterful techniques come together. This off-the-charts interpretation of a steakhouse, everything from steak and poultry to fish and hearty vegetables are grilled or roasted to perfection in the restaurant’s “fire stage.” The menu of carefully curated shared plates consistently wows guests with ingeniously innovative cuisine, thoughtfully created cocktails, theatrical presentations, and attentive yet unfussy service.

“The addition of Bazaar Meat represents the continued evolution of dining at The Venetian Resort, further strengthening our position as Las Vegas’s culinary leader,” said Patrick Nichols, president and chief executive officer of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. “After a decade of success in Las Vegas, we are thrilled to welcome José Andrés Group and Bazaar Meat to The Venetian Resort in 2025.”

At Bazaar Meat, guests embark on a sensory adventure where exceptional ingredients and impeccable technique bring out the best in each carnivorous cut.
