WHAT:
Six Chicago restaurant industry leaders will be honored as inductees into the
2015 Chefs Hall of Fame by the Chicago Culinary Museum: Chef Tony Mantuano, Chef Judy Contino, Chef J. Joho, Georges “Kiki” Cuisance, and Steve Lombardo and Hugo Ralli. Mayor Rahm Emanuel has also proclaimed it will be “Chef Tony Mantuano Day in Chicago”. This event serves as the annual fundraiser for the Chicago Culinary Museum.
The event is open to the public, and tickets are $80 each in advance or $125, if available at the door. The evening will feature an open bar, wandering feast from top local restaurants including Graham Elliot Bistro, Heaven on Seven, Bittersweet, Rush 437, Riva, LaScarola, Spiaggia, Gibson’s Steakhouse, Hugo’s Frog Bar, Quartino’s and more, along with a silent auction, raffle, and awards presentation.
